"Mine Surveying and Subsurface Use" is positioned as a magazine for directors, engineering and technical workers of enterprises in the mineral resource complex and construction industry, specialists in mining, geological, mine surveying, environmental and other services that ensure the rational use, protection of subsoil, and safe conduct of work during the development of mineral resources, mining enterprises, managers and responsible employees of federal and regional government bodies, scientists, research associates, teachers, postgraduates and students of higher education, research associates of academic and research workers of design organizations and enterprises.

of the articles published in the magazines include problems of the strategy and tactics of evolution and mastering of the resource potential of the raw minerals complex of Russia, from exploration and prospecting of minerals to their extraction and refining. The "Mine Surveying and Subsurface Use" magazine highlights the following topics:
- State and strategy of evolution of the raw minerals complex, problems of provision of the most important industries with raw mineral resource, questions of monitoring and rationalization of the production systems and enterprises of prospecting, extraction and processing;

The journal "Mine Surveying and Subsurface Use" publishes:
- articles presenting new scientific results on the subject of the journal;
- short communications containing information on important results of preliminary research in the field of mining sciences;
- reviews of printed works on current issues of subsoil use and mining sciences.
All works must correspond to the subject of the journal.
Paid advertising messages about new materials, devices and equipment corresponding to the subject of the journal are also accepted for publication.
The editors are not responsible for the information in advertising materials.
Submitted manuscripts undergo preliminary and final review and, if necessary, are sent to the authors for correction and revision.
Manuscripts in the journal and abstracts to them are published in Russian and English.
The journal publishes only original articles. The author is fully responsible for compliance with this requirement.
Manuscripts not accepted for publication will not be returned to the authors.
The editors reserve the right to shorten and edit the text of the article. Authors may make corrections to the text and figures only at the stage of preparing the article for typesetting. Proofreading will not be sent to the authors for review.
Failure to comply with the rules for the formatting of the manuscript will result in a delay in publication or rejection of the article.
Authors of articles are not paid royalties.
