Before sending an electronic request, please carefully read the information on the procedure for filing, receiving and reviewing requests:

1. Applications sent electronically through the official website are registered and reviewed in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for reviewing citizens' applications
2. In the appeal, the citizen must indicate his/her last name, first name, patronymic (the latter - if available), e-mail address if the response must be sent in the form of an electronic document, and postal address if the response must be sent in writing.
3. Before sending an electronic request, please check that the form has been filled out correctly.
4. If incorrect or inaccurate data is entered into the questionnaire (in fields that are mandatory to fill out), a response to the request will not be given.
5. An appeal may be left without a response on the merits, with the applicant being notified of the reasons for such a decision if:
   
   • it contains obscene language, offensive expressions;
   • the text of the written request is illegible;
   • the citizen’s appeal contains a question to which he has been repeatedly given written answers on the merits in connection with previously submitted appeals, and at the same time the appeal does not provide new arguments or circumstances;
   • an answer to the essence of the question posed in the appeal cannot be given without disclosing information that constitutes a state or other secret protected by federal law.
