- Abstract:
- Information is presented on the copper deposits of Kazakhstan that are being developed in the central region and their role in the development of the mining industry. To ensure reliable prediction and prevention of hazardous geodynamic phenomena in the area where a group of deposits is being mined, it is proposed to establish a geodynamic monitoring system. This group includes long-term operating copper ore deposits. The establishment of a geodynamic test site and the implementation of integrated monitoring observations will ensure the stability of mining operations, as well as the industrial and environmental safety of the region as a whole.
