- Abstract:
- The article presents the results of monitoring the condition of a building complex under construction in the complex engineering-geological conditions of Moscow using laser scanning technology. It has been established that combining high-precision laser scanning with traditional mine surveying-geodetic measurements allows for the creation of a detailed 3D model of the structure and for monitoring the displacements of its facade elements with high accuracy. It has been determined that this method facilitates the transition from point-based to comprehensive surface monitoring. The dynamics of deformation processes related to changes in the hydrogeological conditions and the manifestation of the barraging effect have been identified. A methodology for integrating laser scanning data into the mine surveying-geodetic monitoring system has been presented and tested. The research results can be useful for enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of deformation process control during the reconstruction and major construction of facilities in complex conditions, as well as for the rapid assessment of the effectiveness of protective measures.
