Organizational and managerial problems of effective development of alluvial gold mining: trends, options for solution

Abstract:
Effective development of alluvial gold mining depends on many factors. One of them is imperfection of legislation, which results in problems not only for the enterprises extracting metal, but also for the industry and the state. Some of the problems are aggravated by the incompetence and bias of inspection bodies, some of them – by misunderstanding of the current situation «on the ground». The paper considers only 4 groups of problems, the most significant at the moment. Negative aspects of the problems for the participants of the alluvial gold mining process and the country are revealed. For each group of problems a very brief analysis of their manifestation is presented and possible options for their resolution are proposed.
