- Abstract:
- The article presents the results of theoretical studies and mathematical modeling of the process of grinding rocks in mills of various types. The issues of creating digital twins of mills and increasing the energy efficiency of their operation are considered. It has been established that for each type of rock and a given fineness of its grinding, there is a range of values for the average particle size of the finished product, as well as the type of mills in which the grinding process will be carried out with a minimum energy intensity.

- Abstract:
- Based on the analysis of the inventive process in the world and in Russia, the main aspects of the importance and necessity of intellectual property protection are determined. Theoretical issues of invention and intellectual property protection related to the development of a new technological structure designed to provide a new format of development aimed at maximizing the use of all types of geo-resources are considered. It is shown that in modern conditions, invention and patenting are inextricably linked with the development of adequate responses to modern global challenges in mining. Four key roles of invention are identified. It is shown that a patent is not only an exclusive right to manufacture and use an invention, but also is a tool that allows you to record and observe technical progress, trace the continuity of the results achieved, structure and consistently express thoughts in a single terminological field, as well as seek answers to modern global challenges in the development and preservation of the Earth's bowels.

Internal production reserves to improve the efficiency of the open pit mining coal production method JSC «Urgalugol»

- Abstract:
- The article presents an approach to improving the efficiency of open pit coal mining in JSC «Urgalugol» on the basis of the implementation of internal production reserves, in the form of organizational and technological changes that provide an increase in the productive time of mining transport equipment. The methodology for calculating the productive time, the calculation parameters and the results of its application are described on the example of the fleet of hydraulic excavators and dump trucks. The assessment of intraproduction reserves at the first stage was associated with the elaboration of the execution time of operations and cycles in the processes of open pit mining, the calculation of the standard (normative) hourly, shift, daily, monthly and annual productivity for each type of excavators. The hourly productivity of dump trucks is determined taking into account the reduced transportation distance, which depends on the slope of the road (the ratio of the height of the rock mass lifting and the transportation distance). An example of visualized recording of the time of productive work of the operating personnel of the main mining and transport equipment is given. The content of the plan of organizational and technological measures for the development of open pit mining of JSC «Urgalugol» is presented. A preliminary assessment of production reserves showed that with an increase in the quality of the organization of the process to the advanced level for SUEK, it is possible to increase the productive time of excavators and dump trucks by 1.3-1.5 times.

- An increase in the depth of open-pit mining leads to a deterioration in the mining conditions of development and to an increase in the cost of developing deposits. The most significant increase in costs is noted in the transportation process, which is associated with an increase in the total transportation distance. A less rapid increase in costs is observed in quarries using CCT. However, the stationary location of transshipment points that do not provide for their movement significantly reduces the effectiveness of this technology over time, due to the growth of transport work on vehicles. The issues of the relationship between the dynamics of the development of the working area and the CLT are considered. An expedient step of transferring the DPP from motor transport to conveyor transport has been determined, taking into account costs. The studies were carried out in relation to a copper ores open pit.

Review article of operational losses during the dredging of placer gold deposits

- The article presents the main problems of the efficiency of extraction of gold-bearing sands during the dredging of placer deposits both in Russia and abroad. It has been established that in recent years the extraction of minerals by the dredging method has begun to increase, and the technology and equipment have remained unchanged. It is determined that the conditions of dredging developments are very diverse and do not always take into account many features of the excavation, but during development, operational losses remain in almost any working conditions. It is shown that the efficiency of sand extraction and washing with dredges will be maintained, and research will continue in the direction of creating new solutions. Technological, geological and technical factors that directly or indirectly affect the quality of the excavation have been identified. The results of the research can be useful in the development of placer gold deposits.

Principles prediction of contours of oil and gas potential of deposits shielded by capillary barriers

- The article presents the results of studies of the prediction of the contour of deposits shielded by capillary barriers of the second kind. It has been established that the use of data on the capillary characteristics of the reservoir reservoir makes it possible to predict with greater accuracy the position of oil-water contacts that do not correspond to the modern structure of the reservoir. It is determined and shown that, based on the Young-Laplace equation, capillary screens arising at the boundary of water and hydrocarbons and controlling the shape of deposits can genetically be of two types. The first occurs at the junctions of different-pore facies, that is, an increase in capillary pressure in this case occurs due to the variability of the radius of curvature of the pore channel. The second type of capillary screens owes its origin to a decrease in reservoir temperatures that led to an increase in interfacial tension and, as a consequence, a jump in capillary pressure and subsequent neotectonic deformations. The distribution of this type of capillary-shielded deposits that do not agree with the modern structure of the formation is determined by the presence of a cryolithozone or is limited by the spread of relatively low reservoir temperatures. It was revealed that the most expedient search for post-anticline oil and gas deposits shielded by capillary barriers of the second kind, located in areas of disbanded anticline traps. The results of the research can be useful in predicting the contours of oil and gas potential from the perspective of the capillary-gravity concept of oil and gas accumulation, as well as to outline ways to search for new oil and gas fields that do not obey the structural factor.

On the issue of modeling the interaction of geomechanical and hydrogeological processes in an underworked rock massive

- Abstract:
- A scheme for modeling the interaction of geomechanical and hydrogeological processes in a sub-worked rock mass is discussed. This scheme takes into account the deformation of the rock mass, its stress state, destruction (formation of main water supply cracks) and geofiltration of water from main cracks into the mining. The main peculiarity of the scheme is that it considers the sequence of tasks of modeling geoprocesses. Within this sequence, it is possible to include in the calculation the features of the processes at each step of the calculations, which makes it possible to effectively adjust the conditions of interaction of geoprocesses. A consistent analysis of the relationship of geoprocesses makes it possible to better understand the mechanism of hydro-geomechanical phenomena in underground mine workings and to develop an adequate methodology for their prediction.

The crusial aspects of the methodology for monitoring the state of coal processing waste storage facilities are considered. The variety of formed types of waste is shown and how its properties are significant for chosing the scheme of storage. The structure of monitoring is justified as well as main principles of monitoring organization, depending on adopted on the enterprise waste storage scheme.
