- Abstract:
- The article considers the relevance of the selection of hydraulic drive elements for construction and lifting and transport machines. Currently, hydraulic drive is widely used on construction and lifting machines. The hydraulic drive includes a hydraulic motor, which can be either a hydraulic cylinder or a hydraulic motor. When selecting during operation or during the design of these units, it is important to know the pressure losses in the suction, pressure and drain hydraulic lines. The process of determining these losses is very laborious. Computer programs can be used to automate the process of determining pressure losses in the suction, pressure and drain hydraulic lines. The article provides the program code and methodology for automated calculation of pressure losses in hydraulic lines of hydraulic drive of construction and lifting and transport machines using the example of the Liebherr PR 724 bulldozer. The program is written in Microsoft Visual Basic Application and allows you to determine pressure losses in hydraulic lines in a fraction of a second, which is very important for multiple calculations for the selection of hydraulic drive elements. The parameters of the hydraulic drive of the working equipment of the Liebherr PR 724 bulldozer and the results of calculating pressure losses in the suction, pressure and drain hydraulic lines of this bulldozer are presented. The principle of operation of the program is described using the example of the Liebherr PR 724 bulldozer.

- Abstract:
- The high methane content in the coals prevents the penetration of oxygen inside and, consequently, their active oxidation and spontaneous combustion. The paper evaluates the composition of the gas released from coal to determine the gas content of coal and to assess the gas components responsible for coal ignition. It is shown, that in order to safely conduct mining operations, it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the composition of gas released from coal. The results can be applied in forecasting and preventing the occurrence of gas dynamic phenomena.

- Abstract:
- The Gorevskoye lead-zinc ore deposit is unique in terms of metal reserves and ore quality, as well as in terms of geomechanical and hydrogeological development conditions. The deposit is located on the banks of the Angara River, part of the ore bodies goes under the channel. Ore mining is carried out by an open method, in the future it is planned to deepen the quarry to a depth of -435 m and switch to a combined method of mining the deposit. It is noted in this work that increasing the depth of the quarry can change the deformed state of the rock column and cause the development of dangerous deformation processes in it, which in turn can cause the penetration of natural water into mine workings. Some developments of the IPCON RAS on the solution of the issues under consideration are outlined. It is proposed to use a comprehensive, interdisciplinary approach that combines engineering methods of forecasting based on production experience, methods of computer modeling of diverse problems (rock displacement, formation of zones of induced permeability of the massif, filtration, explosive impact) and geomechanical monitoring.

- Abstract:
- The research methodology included selection and comparative tests of strength characteristics of the initial core of sylvinite and carnallite in air>dry condition and, respectively, core samples after their contact with model hydrofilling brines. During the tests on the press under uniaxial compression load it was noted that most of the samples are very heterogeneous, character> ized by layering and the presence of various inclusions, varying even within the same well. The specimens differ in the character of defor> mation at compression failure. It seems that the character of contact of targets with hydrofilling brines is different than in the soil of mine workings, through which drainage brines will flow, where the processes of frizzling have been revealed, indicating the influence on the development of fracturing of sylvinite protective pack in the soil and on the side walls of targets. The obvious risk of drainage brines pen> etrating into the cracks and the nature of their movement through the soil of the workings require full coverage of the sylvinite samples with brine from all sides.

- Abstract:
- The article discusses issues related to the leaching process of copper ores, which is limited by the time of the summer period and the unpreparedness of the base piles, which leads to leakage of productive solutions, loss of metals and environmental pollution. A method of intensive heap leaching of oxidized ores has been developed, which allows complex extraction of useful components from hard-to-extract ore. Based on the results of the conducted research, a working draft of the heap leaching site of copper oxide ores of the Maly-Spassky quarry was carried out. It is shown that the economic indicators of the developed technology increase significantly with the complex use of ore compared with the extraction of copper only from it.

- Abstract:
- The current technological paradigm of the development of the mineral resource complex is based on the destruction of the substance of the lithosphere through the use of mechanical energy or explosion energy, which inevitably generates a powerful flow of various types of man-made pollutants entering the atmosphere of our planet. With the current dynamics of changes in the volume of mineral extraction, the scale of these revenues is threateningly increasing, gradually acquiring a global character. The search for ways to eliminate these environmental problems requires a detailed study of not only the physical processes that generate solid mineral particles when using mining technologies, but also, first of all, those features of their transit and detonation in the geospheres of the Earth that turn these emissions into an environmental problem. The paper considers the environmental aspects of pollution of natural watercourses with mineral dust from blasting at mining enterprises. It is shown that the nature and form of interaction of technogenic and natural components are determined not only by the applied geotechnology, but also by the features of the structure of the river system, the climate of the region, the location of mining enterprises, as well as the granulometric and mineral composition of technogenic inputs into the aquatic environment. A hypothesis has been put forward and developed on the dependence of the form of deposition of fine mineral particles in natural watercourses on the climatic features of the region. The method of integral assessment of the consequences of cumulative accumulation of mineral suspensions in the aquatic environment under various schemes of location of mining enterprises is substantiated and created for the first time. It is proved that the concentration of solid particles in suspensions increases in direct proportion to the decrease in the order of the watercourse in the general hierarchy of the river system.

- Abstract:
- The article presents the results of research, analysis of project documentation and the results of the operation of the prototypes of the NPP. It is shown that the subsoil of the Arctic zone of Russia contains a significant resource potential of critical metals necessary for green technologies, which allows creating new enterprises or significantly increasing production volumes at existing ones. It has been established that the lack of reliable information on the amount of associated critical metals in ores and concentrates of known deposits is hindering the realization of this potential; technological issues of extraction and low profitability of production; the formation of a cargo base and energy supply of the Northern Sea Route. It is determined that a detailed study of the content of associated critical metals in the ores of complex deposits of the Arctic zone of Russia is possible with the use of a floating nuclear thermal power plant (NPP) project 20870.It is revealed that in compliance with national and international standards of nuclear and radiation safety and operational experience of the nuclear icebreaker fleet and ship nuclear steam-producing installations (YAPPU) Navy, will not lead to a violation of the radioecological equilibrium in coastal and marine ecosystems during its operation. The authors of the article offer their analysis of the radiation and environmental safety of the operation of the NPP.

- Abstract:
- The article describes the results of gravimetric and electrical methods for analyzing the dust content of the atmosphere of a coal mine before and after a mass explosion. The relevance of this study is due to the need to uncover the mechanisms of influence of the meteorological parameters of the region, as well as the microclimate of the coal mine on the formation and further spread of the dust and gas cloud within the boundaries of the section and beyond. The influence of climatic conditions and microclimate of the section on the trajectory of the dust and gas cloud propagation within the quarry was determined by determining the mass gain of samplers located in a certain sector, as well as by conducting a priori and a posteriori estimates of the dust content of the surface layer of the atmosphere. The results of the study can be used to establish new empirical patterns describing the influence of meteorological parameters on the trajectory of a dust and gas cloud in the atmosphere, as well as to develop new empirical patterns describing the influence of meteorological parameters on the trajectory of dust and gas cloud propagation in the atmosphere, as well as for the development of new methods of cloud monitoring and control.
